Pizza Wrap


Serves 1

Time to cook: 10 min

Ingredients

1 mini Wrap or 2 Slices of Low GI Bread

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Choose 1 Protein:

100g chicken breast, stringed

or 100g prawn (raw)

or 100g mushrooms

or 100g plant-based meat

Choose 2-3 veggies:

60g Capsicum diced

60g Cherry tomato halved

60g Zucchini (thinly sliced, pre-panfried)

60g Eggplants (thinly sliced, pre-panfried)

60g Mushroom sliced

3 Olives slices

Top with 50g mozzerella cheese

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven on fan force at 180 degree.

  2. Place wrap on a baking tray and spread wrap with tomato sauce. Then top with protein and veggies of your choice, and then sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Turn oven to grill at 180 degree and bake the pizza for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted. 

  4. Serve with salads
