Salad 3-2-1

Ingredients

Choose 3 from below

  • Lettuce

  • Baby spinach

  • Tomato

  • Cherry Tomato

  • Cucumber

  • Broccoli

  • Carrot

  • Onion

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 30g Olives

Choose 2 from below

  • 30g Cheese

  • 2 boiled Eggs

  • 1 tinned Tuna (95g)

  • 1 tinned Salmon (95g)

  • 100g Chicken

  • 30g nuts

Choose 1 from below

  • 1 cup Sweet potato (Boiled/ Grilled)

  • 1 cup boiled Carisma Potato

  • 1/2 cup round beans (ie chickpea/ lentil/ kidney beans etc)

  • 1/2 cup boiled quinoa

  • 1 slice bread

  • 1 dinner roll

Mix together and Add dressing
